These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses, browses, or uses the 51bd platform and related services, whether through the website at 51bd.vip, any mobile interface, or any other channel operated by 51bd. By using the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms without qualification or reservation.

51bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the 51bd platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain aware of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 51bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 51bd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Access to and use of the 51bd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account or placing any bet, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at all times during your use of the platform.

• You are at least 18 years of age. 51bd enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all real-money account activity, including registration, deposits, wagering, and withdrawals. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.

51bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time where verification is deemed necessary. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence issued by a competent authority. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on 51bd, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as prompted during the registration process. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 51bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a working mobile number, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. All information provided must accurately reflect your true identity. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms. 51bd may, at its discretion, request supporting documentation to verify the details provided during registration before activating full account privileges.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 51bd will never contact you to request your password. You must notify 51bd support at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or that your credentials have been compromised. 51bd accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 51bd account and do not reuse it across other platforms.
• Never share your account login details with another person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any additional security features offered by 51bd, including login notifications and session alerts, where available.
• Review your account transaction history regularly and report any discrepancies to support promptly.

51bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been registered using false information, is being used by an ineligible person, is the subject of a dispute, or poses a security or compliance risk to the platform or other users. In such cases, 51bd will endeavour to contact the account holder using the registered contact details before taking action, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.

51bd processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All payment methods listed are subject to availability and may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice. 51bd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 51bd accepts no responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount on 51bd is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event that a deposit is delayed or not credited within a reasonable period, you should contact 51bd support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number for investigation.

• Withdrawal requests are processed for verified accounts only. Full verification — including identity and payment method verification — must be completed before any withdrawal is authorised.
• Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically within a few hours of the request being submitted during normal operating hours.
• 51bd reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless 51bd explicitly approves an alternative method in writing.
• Deposits made to your 51bd account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms.
• 51bd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name.

51bd reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. In cases where a chargeback is initiated by a player through their payment provider without first contacting 51bd support, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before claiming any bonus. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of its associated terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated group bonus abuse — is strictly prohibited.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per person, household address, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 51bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including bonuses already credited to player accounts where abuse or irregularity is detected.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to the game, bet level, and expiry period specified in the offer. Unused free spins expire automatically upon the stated expiry date.
• Players who open multiple accounts to claim the same promotion will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus funds and related winnings forfeited.

51bd's daily bonus system resets every 24 hours and provides personalised reward offers based on each account's activity profile. These daily offers are generated automatically and are subject to change based on your activity level, game preferences, and compliance history. 51bd makes no guarantee that any specific daily bonus will be available on any particular day.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 51bd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are made available within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or initiating a casino game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable rules for that activity.

For sports betting, 51bd offers pre-match and in-play markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Odds are displayed in decimal format and reflect the market price at the time the bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player except where explicitly permitted under specific market rules (such as cash-out, where available).

• 51bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or determined to have been affected by corruption or match-fixing, in accordance with the relevant sport's governing body determinations.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are published at a level that is manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — 51bd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key moments of a sporting event (wickets, goals, timeouts). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be queued and accepted or rejected once the market reopens, at the prevailing odds.
• Casino games on 51bd use certified random number generator (RNG) systems supplied by licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. These systems are independently audited for fairness.

51bd maintains a safe, fair, and lawful environment for all players. The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 51bd platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on 51bd, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including matched betting using bonus funds, systematic bonus hunting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any software, algorithm, RNG system, or odds-generation process used by 51bd or its game providers.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use the platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Placing bets on events or markets where you have insider knowledge that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 51bd staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with the technical infrastructure, databases, or software systems of 51bd without authorisation.

51bd uses automated fraud-detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Detection may not occur immediately, but this does not imply tolerance or acceptance of any prohibited activity. 51bd reserves the right to take retrospective action on accounts where prohibited conduct is identified, regardless of how much time has elapsed since the activity occurred.

51bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason that it deems sufficient — including but not limited to breach of these Terms, failure to complete verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or prolonged account inactivity. Where suspension is applied pending an investigation, 51bd will endeavour to resolve the matter and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own 51bd account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of all applicable verification checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Players who wish to self-exclude should visit the Responsible Gaming page for full details.
• Accounts closed due to verified fraud, AML breaches, or criminal activity will have their balances frozen pending investigation and may not be returned to the account holder.
• Accounts dormant for 12 consecutive months with a balance of ৳0 may be archived without further notice. Accounts with a positive balance will receive notification to the registered email address before any archiving action is taken.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 51bd's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate competent courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in Bangladesh.
